Service Description

This adult dance class is for all levels. Whether you are taking dance just for fun or to improve your overall skills, this is the class for you. Our curriculums are designed to increase your range of motion and flexibility, and give you great jazz technique and aerobic/cardiovascular exercise. It the perfect way to get some great exercise and have lots of fun doing it.
